What do they taste like?
White Truffle Oil: Intense garlic aroma. Powerful white truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish.
Black Truffle Oil: Intense earthy aroma. Powerful black truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish.
White Truffle Honey: Luxuriously smooth texture, with a powerful white truffle aroma. The taste is uniquely sweet & earthy with extraordinary depth from the white truffles.
Flaked Black Truffle Sea Salt: The flakes are delicate in texture, with a subtle black truffle aroma. Expect a mineral-rich salty hit, followed by an earthy black truffle flavour.
How should I use them?
Our oils can be used as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
