For the Scallops
- 12 Scallops shelled and muscle removed (ask your fish monger)
- 12 Preserved Black Truffle Slices
For the Guacamole
- 1 avocado
- Juice of half a lime+ pinch of salt
- Pinch of chopped coriander
Mash the above ingredients to form the guacamole
