Black Autumn Truffles have a delicate earthy flavour with notes of hazelnuts, caramel, and chocolate. Once foraged each truffle can generally last for up to 10 days when stored correctly. For best results we recommend consumption within 3 days of receiving your fresh truffles.
The fascinating variance of truffles mean they will differ in shape and size. The weight of all fresh truffle orders will be rounded up, with the quality of each rigorously checked to ensure they arrive in optimum condition and shipped in specialist refrigerated packaging. Given their highly perishable nature we recommend you refrigerate on receipt and follow any storage details sent with your shipment.
