Sweet figs wrapped in grilled aubergine, roasted to perfection and finished with a touch of truffle. These indulgent bites offer a luxurious balance of salty, sweet, and earthy flavours.

Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Slice your aubergine into slices lengthwise and arrange on a baking tray. Season with salt and bake for 20 mins turning once. Allow to cool and slice in half lengthwise.
Place a sage leaf on top of each halved fig and then carefully wrap them with grilled aubergine. Brush with TruffleHunter White Truffle Honey and return to the oven to roast for a further 10 minutes.
Garnish with a slice of black truffle on top.
