Black Truffle Tartar Sauce

  • 32g/1.5oz pickled gherkins/ cornichons, finely chopped
  • 110g/4oz of Black Truffle Mayonnaise
  • 50g/2oz tinned roasted red peppers, finely chopped
  • 125g /4.5oz of green pitted olives chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
