Roast the ribs at 140°C for 2-3 hours
Mix ‘The Slaw’ ingredients together and boil the corn on the cob for 15 minutes
Once ready to finish, brush a generous amount of the truffle BBQ sauce over both sides of the ribs and or Truffle Hot Sauce over the wings and barbecue or grill all the meat to finish. At this point, grill the vegetables and brush with the truffle butter until charred and well glazed.
