This luxury truffle oil selection gift set contains three of our best selling oils; Black Truffle Oil, White Truffle Oil, English Truffle Oil.
We shave the highest quality truffles and expertly blend them with our unique flavour & cold-pressed olive oil/rapeseed oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged.
What does it taste like?
Black Truffle Oil: Intense earthy aroma. Powerful black truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish.
White Truffle Oil: Intense garlic aroma. Powerful white truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish.
English Truffle Oil: Heady earthy aroma. Black truffle flavour throughout with a smooth, nutty finish.
How should I use it?
Use as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
- Black Truffle Oil:Extra Virgin Olive Oil (48.6%), Black Truffle Flavouring (2.5%), Dried Black Truffle Pieces (Tuber aestivum) (0.3%).
- White Truffle Oil:Extra Virgin Olive Oil (48.6%), White Truffle Flavouring (2.5%), White Truffles (Tuber borchii) (0.3%).
- English Truffle Oil: Extra Virgin Pressed Rapeseed Oil (97.2%), Black Truffle Flavouring (2.5%), English Black Summer Truffles (Tuber aestivum) (0.3%).
