When we receive your order for fresh truffles, we will contact you and advise the expected delivery date.
Orders received early in the working week are normally dispatched same day or next day. We will only ship very fresh recently hunted truffles, when we run out, clients have to wait for the next fresh batch which usually arrives on Tuesday morning.
If you need your Truffles for a specific date, just call our UK order hotline on 0845 468 1320, to discuss your delivery requirements, or send the details to us via email.
We can deliver Truffles on Saturday, but there is a surcharge, please call for details.
Truffle Oil and Other Truffle Product Orders
UK
For Truffle Oil and Truffle Product orders there is a per shipment delivery charge of £ 2.79 plus £ 1.00 for each item. All Truffle Product orders (ie excl fresh truffles) of value £ 50 or more are FREE DELIVERED to the UK.
Europe
For Truffle Product orders elsewhere in the EU (ie none UK) we ship via DHL, there is a per shipment delivery charge of € 20 plus € 2.00 for each item.
Other Locations
For deliveries to non EU locations, please call us for delivery charges.
Please note our couriers cannot deliver on National or Public Holidays. If you require Saturday delivery, please call to arrange.

Receipt of Truffles
For receipt of Truffles, it is essential to provide an address where someone is available to accept delivery as courier services require a signature on receipt of goods.
Import Duties
There are no taxes, import duties or other charges payable on truffle shipments to the UK or elsewhere within the EU.
For other countries, duties and/or import taxes may apply. It is the receiver's responsibility to pay any duties, taxes or other charges imposed as a result of action by local customs authorities.
