We are a UK based family food business, sourcing Truffles from our Sibillini Mountain location in Central Italy. Our sole business is specialising in selling the absolute freshest high quality Italian Truffles and Truffle Products.

Truffles in Central and Northern Italy
From the first of October the Italian Truffle season begins in earnest. The trifolau (Truffle hunters) and their dogs are seeking the elusive funghi, the Truffle fairs are held and on every menu dishes celebrating this distinctive fungus abound.
Nestled in the cool dirt eight to ten inches below the surface the Truffle requires specially trained dogs (of the breed Lagotto Romagnolo) to seek it out. As they only occur naturally in the soil surrounding certain trees, and attempts to grow them artificially have proved unreliable, Truffle hunting is a serious business. The location of the Truffles is, in many cases, a closely guarded family secret passed down from generation to generation.
